MILFORD SENIOR CENTER 2016 NOVEMBER EVENTS
FAMILY CAREGIVER EDUCATION SERIES
The Milford Senior Center at 9 Jepson Drive is presenting a family Caregiver Education Series each Monday in November at 1:00 p.m.  This workshop will help family caregivers deal with challenging medical situations.  Attend them all or just the ones that pertain to you.  RSVP to the front office 203 877-5131 . The program is being presented by VNA Community Health Care.
VETERAN’S DAY LUNCHEON
An opportunity to learn how to use the internet, a new tablet or smart phone at the Milford Senior Center, 9 Jepson Drive, Wednesday, November 30 at 2:30 p.m.  Lauralton Hall Students have been getting prepared as mentors to participate in the CYBER SENIORS program at our Center.  You will be partnered with a student as your personal mentor.  You decide what you want to learn and at what pace.  You will meet at the Center with your mentor for the number of classes you determine.  Become a part of the tech revolution.   DRIVER SAFETY COURSE
An AARP Driver Safety Course will take place at the Milford Senior Center, 9 Jepson Drive, Wednesday, November 16 9:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Call Ed Berry at 203 549-9629 to register.
CONNECTICUT MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS
Thursday, November 17, at 10:00 a.m. a discussion on the ConnectiCut Medicare 2017 Advantage Plans will take place at the Milford Senior Center 9 Jepson Drive. Jim Biarelli of the Biarelli Insurance Agency will lead the discussion on the program. 203 877-5131 for details.
AETNA MEDICARE ADVANTAGE 2017 PLANS

The Anthem BC/BS Medicare Plans for 2017 will be discussed at the Milford Senior Center, 9 Jepson Drive, Wednesday, November 30 at 10:00 a.m. Traci O’Brien, Field Sales with Anthem BC/BS will conduct an hour long seminar on the Anthem Medicare plans available. 203 877-5131 for details.
