“Glimpses of Conservation History, Past Lessons and Choices for the Future” is the subject of the Jan. 18 meeting of the Milford Historical Society.

The public is invited to the talk that will begin at 7 p.m. at the Mary Taylor Memorial United Methodist, 168 Broad Street, on the Green.

Steven Johnson, Milford's Open Space and Natural Resource Agent, will present the program.  He is a Master Wildlife Conservationist serving as a volunteer for a number of local and regional conservation organizations including the CT Audubon Society, Southwest Conservation District, and past Vice-Chair of the Conservation Commission.
