Patriot Bank collecting toy donations
Patriot Bank is additionally donating 100 new toys, one on behalf of each of its employees.
Al’s Angels provides holiday meals and gifts every year, as well as lifesaving medical treatment, to more than 9,000 children and families challenged by cancer, rare blood diseases, AIDS and domestic violence.
The non-profit organization was founded in 2004 by Westport resident Al DiGuido, CEO and founder of marketing firm Zeta Interactive, who served as a board member of numerous charities for many years. Through his work he learned about the very high number of children and families struggling with financial difficulties in the wake of affording treatments for cancers, rare blood diseases and other illnesses. Al’s Angels was born after he decided to devote even more of his time to helping these families.

“Patriot Bank is dedicated to serving local communities, and collecting toys for children in need is one of many ways that Patriot shows by doing. It’s so important that we come together to uplift those who need a helping hand, especially our neighbors facing hardships this holiday season,” said Patriot Bank President & CEO Ken Neilson.
Donations are being accepted during hours of operation: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m.-noon.
