Milford Boy Scouts collect shoes to aid developing countries
Milford Boy Scouts are holding a shoe drive, accepting new or gently used shoes, all sizes and all styles, including baby/kids shoes, sneakers, heels, hikers, loafers, sport cleats and skates.
The shoes will go to developing countries such as Haiti, Ghana, Bolivia, Tanzania and Zambia. People who cannot afford shoes will be able to acquire shoes for themselves and their families.
Shoes can be dropped off at the Milford Chamber of Commerce, 5 Broad Street, Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
