CT Coalition to End Homelessness seeks volunteers

The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) seeks volunteers across the state to help with the annual Youth Outreach & Count of homeless and unstably housed youth in the state. The count of homeless/at-risk youth starts Wednesday, Jan. 23, following the annual Point-In-Time Count. CCEH facilitates the count alongside the Youth Engagement Team Initiatives and hundreds of volunteers across the state.

From Jan. 23-29, volunteers are needed to help canvas and survey local youth ages 13-24, in order to collect data which helps the state serve homeless and instantly housed youth. The count helps bring the state closer to reaching its goal of ending youth homelessness by 2020.

To volunteer, sign up here, then email Eliza at McNamara at emcnamara@healthymindsct.org or Lisa Bahadosingh at lisa@shworks.org.
