STRATFORD The Collings Foundation\u2019s Wings of Freedom Tour will bring the B-17 Flying Fortress \u201cNine O Nine,\u201d Consolidated B-24 Liberator \u201cWitchcraft,\u201d B-25 Mitchell \u201cTondelayo\u201d bombers and P-51 Mustang \u201cToulouse Nuts\u201d fighter, will fly into the Sikorsky Memorial Airport Sept. 5-8.
