Woodbridge: Master Monty is sweet, loving
WOODBRIDGE >> Monty has had some bad breaks in his short life that resulted in his residence at Woodbridge Animal Control.
Makes you wonder sometimes, as he is a sweet, loving dog that didn’t deserve his fate.
Master Monty is a neutered, about 2-year-old, America Bully mix, about 75 pounds, in peanut butter cup color.
After he gets to know you, Monty will become a friendly, affectionate, very loyal companion who is very willing to learn and please. He is more of a house dog than an outdoor activity dog. What he needs is an individual or family with large-breed experience, obedience training, a calm, adult household and no cats.
Bring him a treat when you come down to the shelter. You’ll get a big smile, a wagging tail and a friend for life.
Monty and other dogs and cats are available for adoption at Woodbridge Animal Control, 135 Bradley Road, which can be reached at 203-389-5991.
Woodbridge’s cattery is full and cannot accept any cats. Anyone who is looking for a cat, no kittens, can come to Woodbridge.
