WOODBRIDGE >> Woodbridge Animal Control has a special boy up for adoption.

Monty came to Animal Control during summer 2016 and has been with waiting for a family ever since. Monty has built confidence and well-being ever since.

He is a 2.5-year-old, neutered American Bully mix in a peanut butter cup color.

Monty accepts other dogs, but Animal Control would love to see him in a home by himself to decompress from the shelter and bond with his new owner/family. He would be an ideal dog for a canine-experienced owner. For someone who’s looking to give a shelter dog a chance and maybe is looking to adopt down the road in the months to come, Monty is a perfect option.

Monty likes to get to know new people gradually, so bring some cookies in exchange for paw and it’ll be puppy love in no time and a bond that can’t be broken. Monty enjoys his days sunbathing, playing fetch and going for walks. He can be found by the officers’ feet during downtime.

Woodbridge Animal Control is at 135 Bradley Road, 203-389-5991.
