Woman charged for waving box cutter while shopping
A woman who reportedly waved a box cutter as she shopped for clothes at Forever 21 was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with breach of peace.
Police said the incident happened at 6:10 p.m. Brianna Harris, 18, of New Haven, was waving the box cutter around the store as she tried on clothes, police said.
“Store employees stated that when they asked Harris to leave she told them she would ‘f them up’,” police said. “Harris had left the scene and was located at the bus stop by officers.”
She was released from police custody on her promise to appear in court Dec. 12.
