Woman arrested for giving massage without a license

Police charged a woman who was working at a Milford massage parlor this week with performing a massage without a license.

According to a police report, Eun Soon Kohler, 55, of Palmertown, Pa., was performing a massage Feb. 12 at VIP Massage Parlor at 232 Boston Post Road when police made a routine inspection at about noon and found she did not have a license.

Kohler was charged with performing a massage without a license and was released from police custody on a promise to appear in court March 13.

Police also arrested Kilson Elkins, 60, of Pound Ridge, N.Y., who is the owner/manager. She was charged with allowing the employee to perform massages without a proper state license.

Elkins also was released from police custody on a promise to appear in court March 13.
