Project Limulus is an ongoing research and monitoring program studying horseshoe crab ecology in Long Island Sound. The Connecticut Audubon Society’s Coastal Center in Milford is offering a look at this study, presented by Project Limulus researchers from Sacred Heart University, on Sunday June 10, at 1 p.m.

The program will begin with a brief introduction and information session indoors, then will head to the beach in search of horseshoe crabs. Participants should wear shoes or boots that can get wet and sandy.

Pre-registration required. CAS members: $5; non-members: $10. Register at: www.ctaudubon.org/coastal-center-programs-events/ or call 203-878-7440, x502 for more information.
