The National Weather Service and other forecasters — many of whom were warning of a foot of snow last week — are expecting southwestern Connecticut to get no more than three inches of snow Sunday into Monday, March 2-3.
“Snow tonight will result in one to possibly three inches of accumulations, which will impact the morning commute,” according to a weather service hazardous weather outlook.
On Friday, forecasts had the heart of this storm headed for Fairfield County. But the storm has strayed south and Connecticut is expected to just get the edge of the storm.
