ORANGE >> The Chamber of Commerce board of directors has hired Carol Myers Smullen back as the executive director.

She fills the vacancy left with the retirement of Anna Accetta.

“We welcome Carol back and are excited to begin working together to present creative programs and activities that will benefit our members and grow the chamber,” said Rich Zorena, chamber president.

Smullen previously was employed twice in the post until retiring in 2013.

“The third time’s the charm,” she said Tuesday.

Smullen has already scheduled events and opportunities for chamber members to promote and market their products and services and increase visibility and awareness in the community.

She can be reached at 203-795-3328 or director@orangectchamber.com.
