What are creative resolutions? What does the research say about resolutions? And what are real-time strategies for making your resolutions your own? This week, Denise is joined by author Carol Leonetti Dannhauser to answers those questions and more.

Carol is a journalist and editor whose work appears in print, online and on television. She has written for dozens of national publications including the New York Times, BusinessWeek, Good Housekeeping and more; produced documentaries for PBS and National Geographic; and has been recognized by the White House for her online magazine work. She is the author of four non-fiction books; and has been nominated for three Emmys. Carol was selected as a Master Teaching Artist (Writing) by the Connecticut Commission on the Arts and founded the Writers’ Workshop of Fairfield in 2001. She holds two bachelors’ degrees from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in journalism from Columbia University.

Recently, Carol and Tess Smith McGovern co-founded The Fairfield County Writers’ Studio,  a creative community committed to the art, craft and business of writing.

Denise also gives us a “Mindful Minute” of tips for motivation and creativity.
