Sheila Wade wins seat on Amity board

At a referendum held Thursday to fill Bethany's vacancy on the Amity Board of Education, Sheila Wade, Democrat wins with 339 votes to Malcolm Brinton, Republican, 257 votes.

Wade campaigned on education, repairing the schools and being visible to the voters.
