Scoot & Paddle and YMCA team up for paddleboard yoga
The first class in the five-week session will be Nov. 18 at 11:30 a.m.
The pool room will be a balmy 85 degrees even if there is frost on the windows. The heat will ensure you are able to stretch your muscles to reach all your favorite and challenging poses as you also try to maintain your balance on the paddleboard.
Classes will be lead by SUP yoga certified instructor Kelly Warters of A Breath of Calm Yoga.
