Milford man charged with DUI after found asleep in drive-thru
MILFORD >> Police arrested a man Saturday after they found him asleep at the wheel in a drive-thru lane.
Kyle Miller, 29, of Second Avenue, was charged with driving under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, police said.
Police responded to McDonald’s, 439 Bridgeport Ave., and spent several minutes attempting to wake the driver as the vehicle was still running and in gear.
Miller refused to provide a breath sample, police said.
He was held in lieu of $500 bail and issued a court date of June 22.
