The Milford Police Department is accepting applications from people interested in a career in law enforcement.
Applicants must be 21 years old by June 14, and have a high school degree or equivalent.
Applicants must undergo and successfully pass a physical agility test, written exam and oral exam.
Applicants also must undergo a background investigation, which includes a medical exam, psychological testing, drug screening and polygraph examination.
The benefits package includes a competitive salary range of $58,155 to $63,804, health and dental insurance for employee and their dependents, advancement and promotional opportunities, pension plan with retirement after 20 years, educational bonuses, military service buy-back option and more.
Applications are being accepted now and must be completed and returned to the Milford Police Department Administrative Division no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, June 13.
