In observance of National Hamburger Day, hamburgers at McDonald’s in Milford will only be 59 cents on Sunday, Dec. 21.
The burgers usually sell for about $1.29.
For the health conscious, McDonald’s points out that the McDonald’s burger has only 240 calories.
McDonald’s restaurants in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts will participate, offering the specially priced burgers from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. There is a limit of four per customer.
“Our classic hamburgers are made from a juicy 100% beef patty simply seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper, tangy pickles, minced onions, ketchup and mustard,” according to the company’s website.
