Man charged with indecent exposure
Milford police have arrested a local man on drug charges and for indecent exposure after they responded to a complaint from Lamplight Lane resident. Police say that Dylan DeRosa, 21, of Milford was seen acting suspiciously inside his car around 6 p.m. on July 11.
The complaining witness told police that her daughter and a friend observed a male who appeared to be masturbating in his car. The witness stated that she saw a teal colored sedan parked two houses away occupied by a white man who was staring at her daughter and her friend playing in the front yard.
The witness said that the man then drove down the street, turned around and parked in front of the house next door and continued staring. Police say that the witness then went to her room and looked out of the bedroom window to see if the male was still around. The witness said she saw that the male had no pants on and was masturbating.
At the time of his arrest, police said they found DeRosa in possession of 23 grams of marijuana, a scale and packaging materials commonly used for marijuana sale.
Police say the vehicle DeRosa was driving at the time of the incident is a 2011 Hyundai 4 door green sedan bearing a Connecticut registration plate.
DeRosa is charged with indecent exposure, public indecency, two counts of risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession within 1,500 feet of a school.
Bond was set at $125,000 for court on July 31.
