At its November 20 meeting the Planning and Zoning Board approved the following applications:

Milford Point Brewing, 230 Woodmont Road, applied to add a tap room to its brewing operations so it can serve beer on the premises.

Warren Field applied for approval to construct a six-unit apartment project at 232 West Main Street, filed under the state’s affordable housing law.

The board also approved a moratorium on self-storage facilities from Dec. 17, 2018 until June 30, 2019.
