MILFORD - The Downtown Milford Business Association is once again hosting its annual Hall-O-Weekend Fall Festival with an expanded roster of activities for all ages.

This year’s event takes place on the Milford Green on Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. and Oct. 30 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The weekend begins with a screening of Hocus Pocus on the Green at 6 p.m. on Friday (pre-registration is required), then continues on Saturday with a not-so-scary Story Time, Spooky Yoga & Kids Activities, a Costume Parade, and Trick or Treating through participating businesses.

When downtown, people will see the hay maze for children, according to DMBA President Tracy Bonowsconi, as well as the myriad of festive scarecrows created by local families and businesses that festoon the streets.

Families also have the option to pre-register for a family photo taken by AG Productions for $25.

“We’re so happy to bring this free event back in full this year,” Bonowsconi said. “We love being able to create memories for families in our charming New England town--and all of our member businesses help make it happen”

Trick or treat stops include Aricuolo’s, Atomic Kid Studios, Cafe Atlantique, Canvas Patch, Frosty Twist, Hawkwood Game Cafe, GCA (on the Green), Inside Living Style, Key Realty, Lovet Shop, Makeup Makeup, Milford Pharmacy, Milford Photo, Nate’s Plates, Scratch Baking, SketchBook Studio, Static Era Records, and Whispers.
