Dr. Feser reassured parents Friday in light of Fairfield threats

In light of threats reported Friday to the Fairfield schools, Milford School Supt. Dr. Elizabeth Feser issued a message to parents and school staff earlier today letting them know that Milford students were safe and school was continuing as usual.

“We are in communication with the Milford Police Department,” Dr. Feser said in her message. “At this time there is no threat to the Milford Public Schools. Every school is engaged in “business as usual,” and we expect the school day to proceed in typical fashion.”

Reported threats concerning Fairfield schools led to a lockdown and then a lockout for Fairfield schools.
