While it won't compare to last weekend's blizzard, there could be another significant snowfall in Milford and the area, according to the National Weather Service, which issued a hazardous weather outlook for the weekend early Friday morning.
But for now, most forecasts are just calling for a few inches of snow spread out over the long weekend.
"A coastal low will be developing on Saturday and will track southeast of Long Island Saturday night into Sunday," according to the weather service. "There is a chance that this low could bring significant snowfall primarily to areas east of New York City."
For now, this storm becoming significant here is still just a possibility — not a definite.
Friday is expected to be partly sunny with a high near 46. Then some wintry weather could move in. There is a chance of rain and snow between midnight and 4 a.m. here, then a chance a of snow after 4 a.m. Saturday.

The overnight low is expected to be around 28. The chance of snow is 50%; and about one inch is in the forecast, as of Friday morning.
There could be more snow before the afternoon on Saturday morning, followed by more rain a snow. The high Saturday is expected to be 36. The chance of precipitation is 50%; less than an inch of snow is expected.
Saturday night could bring more snow with a low of 18. The chance for snow on Saturday night is also 50%. As of Friday morning, less than inch is expected.
Sunday could bring more snow before 1 p.m., as the high is expected to be 27 with a "blustery" northwest wind, according to the weather service. Winds could be 15 to 21 mph with 32 mph gusts.
On Washington's Birthday, which is Monday, it is expected to be sunny and 32.
