Dog wash — A dog wash will be held at Trumbull High School’s Agriscience and Biotechnology Center, 536 Daniels Farm Road, on Saturday, March 15, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The Agriscience students are sponsoring this fund-raising event. Fee is $10 per dog. For further information, call 452-4203.

Chicks on caffeine — Join Master Fitness Motivator and Intuitive eating coach Linda Gottlieb Wednesday, March 12, 6-7 p.m. at the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, 10 Progress Drive, Shelton. HomeFront — Cindy and Bill Bevan are members of a group called Compassion Response Team and will be working on HomeFront Day this spring. HomeFront is a community-based volunteer home repair program that provides free repairs for less fortunate homeowners in need, allowing them to stay in their homes.

To raise money, Bertucci’s at 550 Boston Post Road, Orange, will be holding a Dining for Dollars Fundraiser Sunday, March 9, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., dine in, carry out or delivery.

Families Anonymous — Families Anonymous is a free self-help support group for adults concerned about the drug, alcohol, or related behavioral problems of a relative or friend. The group meets Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at St. Andrew Episcopal Church Hall, 283 Bridgeport Avenue. No registration is required. Bottle drive — Jonathan Law Marching Band & Color Guard will hold a can and bottle drive on the third Saturday of every month, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Jonathan Law parking lot.
