The Horizon Blue trio will perform in Milford on Feb. 27.

The Milford Arts Council will present Americana trio Horizon Blue as the February installment of its Performance Coffeehouse series on Feb. 27.

Horizon Blue has been a favorite at numerous venues including local and regional fairs and craft festivals, summer concert series, libraries, museums, senior centers, concerts, coffee houses and bookstores.

Horizon Blue is made up of Monique Hill (vocals, guitar, mandolin dulcimer, banjo, and strum stick); Peter Hill (guitar, banjo, strum stick, mandolin and bass) and Mark Annulli (bass). Their music is best described as “contemporary Americana” – a mix of folk, bluegrass, country, blues and rock.

Tickets for Horizon Blue are $15 for members of the Milford Arts Council and $20 for non-members.

The show starts at 8 p.m., doors open at 7:30 p.m.

Snacks, beer and wine will be available for a nominal charge. The coffee is free.

For tickets, call 203-878-6647 or go to milfordarts.org/about-us/tickets/. Reservations are recommended, as Coffeehouse events sell out quickly.
