The Milford Chamber of Commerce Health & Wellness Council will present the first ‘Milford Fun & Fit Day’ Sunday, Sept. 7, 8 a.m. to noon at Eisenhower Park. The event combines the popular annual ‘Step by Step to a Healthier Milford,’ a six week walking program now in its fourth year, with ‘Gym Runny,’ offering seven fitness stations over a 2 or 3 mile course, with participants collecting a playing card at each station.
