Based on a Judith Viorst’s children’s book this movie follows the exploits of 11-year-old Alexander as he experiences the most terrible day of his young life. Friday, Feb. 20 at The United Church of Christ in Devon, 30 Ormond Street. Doors open at 6 p.m. Dinner is 6 to 7 p.m. and includes a hot dog, chips, dessert, beverage and unlimited fresh popcorn. Dinner is $6, ages 3-5 $3, under 3 is free. The movie follows and is free.
