The Christmas Spirits of Milford Ghost Walks will be part of the 13th annual Downtown Milford Lamplight Stroll on Friday, Dec. 5 and Saturday, Dec. 6 starting at 7 p.m.
The walks will start at the Milford Historical Society's Bryan-Downs House at 34 High Street, which some believe to be haunted by ghosts.
At the Bryan-Downs House, you'll hear chilling ghost stories by candlelight and learn about the close relationship between Christmas and the paranormal. The storytelling will continue with a lantern-lit walk into downtown Milford, and concludes on the Milford Green.
Organizers say to plan for 60 to 75 minutes to enjoy the full program. For those interested, hand-crafted pendulums made from Milford shells and sea glass will be available for sale.
Tickets are $18, with a portion being donated to the Milford Historical Society. There's no parking at the Bryan-Downs house, so parking on High or Green streets or other nearby locations is recommended.
