The Ridgefield Independent Film Festival, which is scheduled for May 20-22, 2016, has announced the opportunity to purchase individual passes to the festival at Early Bird discounted prices, while films have yet to be announced. The early and substantial discount is RIFF's reward to individuals who take the leap of faith to sign on. Once the program is announced in February, prices will go up. A limited number of passes will be sold now.
RIFF will screen more than 40 films and host several master classes and panel discussions, at venues including the RidgefieldLibrary, the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, The Prospector Theater, and The Ridgefield Playhouse. There will be an awards ceremony at the Ridgefield Playhouse, with an after party at a location to be announced. The festival will official open with the student film awards at the Keeler Tavern Museum on Friday afternoon. Special guests, parties and more special events are planned throughout the weekend.
