The 47th annual Fair on the Green, sponsored by Mary Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church, will be held on Broad Street on June 1 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and June 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.
Forty-seven years ago this was the first fair of its kind on the green in Milford, started by a parishioner at Mary Taylor Church.
Over 100 fine artists and crafters will display their handmade work on the green.
Admission is free.
The church will also have a giant Trash & Treasures tag sale in its basement as well as outdoor booths selling plants and baked goods. Food booths will sell breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, vegetarian burritos, funnel cakes and Mary Taylor’s signature recipe strawberry shortcake. There will also be free entertainment in the gazebo on the green throughout both days.
