Betty J. Baker
Betty J. Baker, 81, of Portland, Oreg., formerly of Milford, wife of the late James T. Baker, died Feb. 17, in Milwaukie, Oreg.
Daughter of the late Amanda and Carl Wallin, she was born Nov. 11, 1930.
She is survived by five children, Evelyn Clough and her husband, Ronald of Stratford, Patricia Hovan and her husband, Gerald of Haymarket, Va., Barbara Gernat, Ingrid Chrismond of Shelton; son, Kai Baker and his wife, Shana of Portland, Oreg. 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services are Saturday morning, Feb. 25, First Congregational Church, 2301 Main St., Stratford, followed by burial in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield. Visiting hours, Friday, Feb. 24, 4-8 p.m., Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad St., Milford.
