Harold A. “Whitey” Jensen Sr.
Harold A. “Whitey” Jensen Sr., of Trumbull, 83, husband of the late Corinne Soldi Jensen, died Feb. 10.
He was born Nov. 13, 1928 in Bridgeport.
Mr. Jensen was a U.S. Army veteran. He worked as a self-employed carpenter for many years and retired from the Microphase Corporation where he was the facility manager.
He played semi-pro football for the Stratford Rockets and was a member of the Stratford and Bridgeport Old Timers Associations.
Survivors include two sons, James Bagon of Stratford and Harold A. Jensen, Jr. and his wife, Carolyn of Wayne, Pa.; four grandchildren, Harold and Hannah Jensen, Jonathan and Matthew Bagon; a sister, Grace Puglisi and her husband, Harry of Stratford; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Colleen Soldi of Milford; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother, Lief; and a son, Paul Bagon.
Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, handled arrangements. Burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
