Anna Bobko Gaydos
Anna Bobko Gaydos, 91, of Milford, wife of the late George Gaydos, died Feb. 14, in Maefair Health Center, Trumbull.
Mrs. Gaydos, a retired employee of Sikorsky Aircraft, was born in Toriske, Czechoslovakia to the late Stephen and Anna (Kasper) Bobko and was a lifelong area resident.
Mrs. Gaydos was a member of St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Trumbull and the Sikorsky Retirees Club.
Survivors include her children, Patricia Farley and her companion, Peter Garofalo of Milford, Gary (Tom) Gaydos of Nevada; a sister, Helen Brill; her lifelong friend, Helen Popp; a granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
She also was predeceased by her daughter, Carol Gaydos; brothers, John and Mike Bobko; and sister, Mary Fisher.
Services are Friday, Feb. 17, 9:15 a.m., Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford, and at 10 a.m. in St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Nichols. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Stratford. Visiting hours, Thursday, 5-7 p.m. Panachida at 5 p.m.
