Sharon Lynn Zientek
Sharon Lynn Zientek, 61, of Milford, wife of Joseph “Jay” Zientek for more than 30 years, died Feb. 7.
Daughter of the late David and Frances Estes Benway, she was born Dec. 10, 1950 in Milford.
Sharon was a devoted mother and wife whose greatest joys were spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, her family said. Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting and baking for her family.
She is survived by three children, Cheryl Buker of Vermont, Jodi Clini and Joseph Kreighbaum of West Haven; her siblings, Kathryne Dauphinais, Gearld Benway, Shirley Bathurst, Walter Benway (Marie) and Brian Benway (Chris); nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours are Friday, Feb. 10, 10:30 a.m., Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Ave., Milford; services at 11; followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Milford.
