Lawmen improve record to 8-2

The Jonathan Law boys track team defeated St. Joseph of Trumbull, 99-51, on April 26 to improve to 8-2.
Isaiah Otero, Jason Baker, Antonio Gjuarj and Chris Burnham finished first in the 4×800 relay (9:03.9).
Terrence Lewis, Ryan Dennis, Jason Garlock and Najee Smith placed first in the 4×100 relay (45.2).
Burnham, Jeremy Douchette, Dennis and Zack Toto won the 4×400 relay (3:46.3).
Otero was best in the 1600 (4:55.2), Lewis the long jump (19-3) and Toto the 400 (50.7) and the 200 (22.9).
Nick Casagrande won the shot put (41-8), Josh Paton the high jump (5-2) and Douchette the 800 (2:04.4).
Max German took the pole vault (10-6) and Ray Cruz the discus (114-11).
