Callahan used a lift to get the takedown 40 seconds in and added three back points with 25 seconds remaining for a 5-0 first-period lead.
The Lion escaped and then used a rolling takedown to up his advantage to 8-0 after two.
Grober was able to get underneath from the neutral position, only to have Callahan calmly block the shot attempt and counter.
“This is the first time we’ve met and I’m glad he bumped up a weight class,” Callahan said after his 10-0 major decision.
“I work every practice with C.J. (Luth) on having guys at me feet and it paid off.
“When I can get into a scramble like that I love it, and I knew (Grober) would like it too.”
After Edmondson lost an 11-1 major decision to open the Amity match at 220, Foran built up a 15-4 lead,
Kyek was awarded a forfeit and Liam Callahan manhandled Eli Silvert to score a pin at the 3:12 mark of his 106 match.
