Foran High went on the road to post a 46-41 SCC victory Over Hillhouse High in New Haven on Saturday.
Taylor Ceballos scored 18 points to lead the Lions (11-6, 7-0 SCC Hammonasset Division).
Rebekah DeRosa scored 11 points and Teneya McLaughlin nine markers against the Academics (2-14), who took a 23-21 lead into the half.
Ceballos had 20 rebounds and McLaughlin had six assists and five boards.
