Virginia L. “Tuffy” Curran

Virginia L. “Tuffy” Curran, age 75, of Clinton, formerly of Devon, beloved wife of the late John Curran, died peacefully on Monday, January 7, 2013.

Virginia was born in Prestonburg, Kentucky on June 6, 1937 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Shelby and Norma Adams.

Virginia was a Milford resident for over 35 years and worked as a vending attendant at Automated Services LLC for over 30 years.

Survivors include her son, Philip Cogar (Tami) of Clinton, two grandchildren; Robert Fox and Samantha Fox-Cogar both of Clinton, and two sister’s; Lois Schaffer of Delaware and Emma-Jean Hood of Arkansas. Mrs.

Curran is pre-deceased by her son, Paul Cogar and seven siblings.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday, January 10th from 6-8:00PM in The Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in Mrs. Curran’s memory.
