Milford’s state delegates will hold a town meeting this week with municipal leaders, representatives from United Illuminating (UI) and the Milford Tree Warden to discuss the utility’s tree-trimming program.

Rep. Kim Rose (D-Milford), Rep. James Maroney (D-Orange, Milford) and Senator Gayle Slossberg (D-Milford, Orange, West Haven, Woodbridge) will explain the tree removal and tagging process, the appeals process and then hold a question and answer period to listen to concerns from the public.

Representatives urge all those with questions about the tree-trimming process to attend the meeting.

The meeting will be Wednesday, April 2, at 7 p.m. at Milford City Hall.
