Many ways to help storm victims

Residents who want to help their neighbors who were seriously impacted by Sandy can look for several collection sites in Milford.

The Wildermere Beach Congregational Church is collecting clothes, food, diapers, etc. outside the church Sunday.

The Jonathan Law High School Marching Band and Color Guard collected items, too, and are inviting people in need to the KMart shopping center parking lot today to pick up items. They are also accepting more donations today, and will distribute them to Milford residents.

Also, people who want to help can contact the United Way of Milford, which has set up a special fund in response to Sandy.
