FI-PoliceA Milford Rotary Club member has been arrested and charged with embezzling club money.

In June the Milford Police Department received a complaint from the Milford Rotary Club regarding an alleged misappropriation of club funds by their treasurer.

“However those funds were later returned in June 2013 while the investigation was under way,” police said.

Weir was taken into police custody Dec. 11 on three arrest warrants.
