The Milford Preservation Trust has reached an agreement with the owners of the historic Sanford/Bristol house at 111-113 North Street, Milford.
The agreement allows for the purchase of the home by a qualified buyer willing to restore it.
The home is located in Milford’s first Historic District, on the North Street Duck Pond, which is a highly desirable location and the site of many of Milford’s finest homes.
The conditions of the transaction are as follows:
The house is to be purchased as is, no contingency.
The sale price is $200,000 (cash offers only).
No inspection, mortgage or realtor necessary for transaction.
A copy of the most recent inspection of the home ( Nov. 4, 2013) by an engineer hired by MPT and the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation, and certified in historic preservation, is to be included.
Original paneling, sheathing, mantles and doors will be donated to potential buyer.
