Animal right activists gathered outside the Westfield Mall this weekend, protesting the use of animals at the Cole Bros. Circus.
The circus started June 15 and continues today.
Protesters held signs near the Boston Post Road Saturday evening, decrying the exploitation of animals at the circus.
Their protest appeared to be peaceful.
There are two shows scheduled Sunday, at 1:30 and 4:30 p.m.
